Ronaldo U. Tepora
Senior Vice President

SVP Ronaldo U. Tepora is the Officer-in-Charge of the Corporate Services Sector.  In this capacity, he oversees the functional units involved in the delivery of various services to the internal public namely: procurement, supplies, construction and facilities management, appraisal and credit investigation, customer engagements, including compliance with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Financial Consumer Protection Framework, insurance services and administration of the Bank’s Provident Fund.

SVP Tepora is a member of the following Committees: Management (ManCom), Assets and Liability Committee (ALCO), Credit (CreCom), and Information Technology Steering (ITSC).  He serves as Chairperson of the Customer Experience/Digital Experience Circle, Personnel Development Committee (PDC), Organizational Review Committee (ORC), and Safety and Health Committee (SHC), and is an observer at the Board-level Risk Oversight Committee (ROC).  He also sits as a member of other key Management-led Committees, namely, Performance Management and Crisis Management Teams and Personnel Selection Board. He is the Bank’s Energy Efficiency Conservation Officer.  He previously served as Co-Vice Chair and 2nd Vice Chair of the Bids and Awards Committee. He also chaired the Annual and Sustainability Development Report Technical Working Group.  His career as a Senior Bank Officer started as head of  then Process Management Department, before his assignment to the various departments under Strategic Planning Group (SPG), preparatory to his appointment as Senior Vice President and SPG head.

SVP Tepora graduated from the University of the Philippines – Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Philosophy, minor in Business Administration. He earned his Master’s degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
