2) The interested buyer shall submit and execute a Letter of Intent and a Letter of Undertaking acknowledging the following:
a) Lot No. 5173 has an unconsolidated Tax Declaration (TD) and with 3,767 sq.m. intersected by the existing municipal road/ Legal Easement .
b) Lot No. 5191 has no existing TD
c) Lot No. H.V. 56234 has no existing TD and with a 1,155 sq.m. easement from the river, 30.0 meters wide provision for erosion.
The buyer further agrees to assume full responsibility for acquiring the necessary TDs for the lots without them, and for consolidating all TDs under the name of the DBP. The buyer shall likewise shoulder all related expenses, including taxes, penalties, charges, and other costs incurred in the process.
3) The interested buyer must submit and execute
the following:
a) Sworn Statement attesting that the buyer’s total landholdings, including the present acquisition, shall not exceed the provided ceiling under the CARP Law of 1988 (R.A.6657).
b) DAR clearance or certification indicating that the buyer is qualified to own and possess the agricultural property he/she intends to purchase or an undertaking to submit said DAR clearance/ certificate.”
