c) Letter of Undertaking that he/she is aware that the TD’s are unconsolidated. That he/ she will assume the responsibility of consolidating/ facilitating the transfer the TDin the name of DBP to his name and will shoulder all the related expenses, taxes, penalties, charges and cost.
