In the wake of the recent declaration of a public health emergency and a community quarantine in the National Capital Region over the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the country, state-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) is committed to continue delivering critical and related banking services to the transacting public.
The DBP Head Office in Makati City shall be operating in a limited capacity and on a shortened work schedule manned by a skeletal force in line with the National Government’s call to adopt alternative arrangements while maintaining “unimpeded delivery of services to the public.”
Selected branches shall remain open with a staggered schedule of work suspension to give way to disinfection and sanitation activities in order to ensure the health and well-being of our personnel and our valued clients and in consonance with government’s efforts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
DBP’s electronic banking channels, including 837 automated teller machines, remain available for the transacting public’s convenience.
We urge our valued clients and stakeholders to heed the advice of health authorities by observing proper social distancing and hand disinfection especially within the premises of DBP’s offices.
