DBP has been made aware that unscrupulous individuals are pretending to be authorized officers of the Bank and are trying to target our clients and partners through voice phishing (vishing) scams to solicit cash/money.
Vishing, or voice phishing, is a deceitful tactic employed by fraudsters who impersonate legitimate organizations to extract sensitive information from you.
Please be informed that DBP does not solicit money and or request clients to provide user account, account number credentials, or seek financial requests over the phone.
Should you encounter such attempts, please report it immediately to our Customer Experience Management Department via customerservice@dbp.ph or directly to your branch banking or relationship officer, for proper handling and investigation.
