Jocelyn A. Carrillo

SAVP Jocelyn A. Carrillo is the designated Officer-In-Charge of the Compliance Management Group (CMG) of the Development Bank of the Philippines.  She is responsible for the Bank’s compliance to all rules, laws and regulations and liaise with the Bank’s regulators. She also handles the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Department of CMG in concurrent capacity.

She has been with the Bank for 32 years.  Her work experiences include credit review, policy formulation, marketing, branch operations and 14 years in compliance management which exposure has enriched her knowledge, skills and expertise to handle her current assignment.

SAVP Carrillo graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Paul College, Quezon City and obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Manuel L. Quezon University, Manila.  She also holds a Certificate in Strategic Compliance in the Banking Industry given by the De La Salle-Center for Professional Development in Business.  She likewise completed the Leadership Development Reimagined Series provided by John Clements Leadership Institute in partnership with Cross Knowledge and Harvard Business Review.
