Electrification is one of the pro-poor flagship programs of the Government that aims to improve the quality of life in the rural areas through the provision of adequate, affordable and reliable energy in a sustainable manner.
DBP’s financial assistance supports the government in the implementation of reforms and priority investment in the power sector. This would include support for increased access to electricity services, transformation of Electric Cooperatives, and efficiency in the delivery of electricity services.
